How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take 10–28 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
What is your return policy?
Our products are specifically made for your order. Therefore, unfortunately, we are currently unable to issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues .
However, orders that have faced quality issues due to mishaps on our end may be eligible for a replacement/resolution. In this case, products must be clearly photographed and addressed within 30 days of receiving your order.
Starting in 2027, we will be introducing a new system! This will allow for "No Questions Asked" returns and exchanges with refunds where applicable!
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress. You can also view this in your Fourthwall account dashboard.
Are the apparel sizes true to size?
Yes, most items fit true to size. We highly recommend checking the specific size chart link located on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
